New Bath Hotel & Spa, Matlock Bath

We had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, close to Matlock and a lovely spot for walks. The outdoor pool was a highlight despite the cold weather. However, the dining experience and service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed inexperienced, and the food options didn't match the expectations set by the hotel's luxury branding.
