New Bath Hotel & Spa Matlock Bath, Matlock Bath

We had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, close to Matlock and a lovely spot for walks. The outdoor pool was a highlight despite the cold weather. However, the dining experience and service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed inexperienced, and the food options didn't match the expectations set by the hotel's luxury branding.

However, we faced some issues with the bed and breakfast choices, and the swimming pool access for children was quite limited.
