I found free parking very easy. The staff were helpful. i enjoyed my time at the pool after a lengthy drive. It was easy to get to local shops from there. i had a pleasant time.
The check-in process felt rushed. I did not get all the information about the facilities that i needed. I recommend dedicating more time to each guest during arrival.

My room (I think it was supposed to be a Superior Twin Room) was not cleaned to a high standard. I spotted dust and cobwebs, things I wouldn't expect (especially after paying for the hotel). The bathroom extractor fan was caked with dust, a detail easily overlooked by housekeeping I suppose. The mattress was also very soft and not very comfortable at all.

The room was very comfy and tidy! the shower was great. I really enjoyed it. the staff were friendly and helpful. They were always available when needed. the freshwater pool was amazing too. the food was excellent.
the hotel was adequate. i noticed a difference between the web pictures and the reality.

The breakfast offered a plentiful choice. fresh fruit and yogurt were available, AND THERE WAS A SELECTION of cereals and toast. the room i stayed in had a nice, NEW ensuite bathroom. It was clean.
My room needed some modernizing. It felt a little dated.

the outdoor swimming pool was amazing. the bed in my room was really comfortable, and the bedding felt luxurious. i really appreciated the powerful shower and the fluffy towels!
The general upkeep seemed poor. I saw a cracked wash basin. i noticed missing handle in the bath. It was a little inconvenient. also, a hook was missing from the back of the bathroom door, i wanted to hang my clothes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room had a balcony overlooking the pool, a great spot for morning coffee. The spacious car park made parking easy, an advantage. I found the outdoor swimming pool fabulous, a free amenity .
The hotel has a small lift.
